  • 2 Deaths with underlying cause coded as J65 (Pneumoconiosis associated with tuberculosis) are included in the underlying cause-of-death tabulation if code A16, A19, or B90.9 (collectively defined as "Respiratory Tuberculosis" in NORMS) is listed on the entity axis. Deaths with J65 coded as a cause of death on the entity axis are included in the entity axis multiple cause-of-death tabulation if none of the following codes are listed as a cause of death on the entity axis: A16, A19, and B90.9.
